When we are starting to eat more plants, we need to gain more skills in the kitchen otherwise we might end up eating just side dishes! Even more of a learning curve might be needed if we never really learned any cooking skills. While there are tonnes of resources online, there are some real benefits to attending a cooking demonstration. We can veganise all your favourite foods and really set you up for success in the kitchen.
Private Class: During the cooking class, we will, over 4 hours, we will cook up 4 dishes (especially chosen to suit the needs of your family and your tastes) I'll help you prepare, teach you short cuts and give you tips on how to you can keep on track whatever your schedule.
Group Class: We'll create a range of very nutritious that are very cheap and easy to make that you can use straight away as part of your meal rotations. Depending on the venue, the class might be demonstration or you will have your own station.
